Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and TGF beta 1 present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-Human TGF beta 1 antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of TGF beta 1 bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.\n\n\nAb100647 was reformulated on 31st May 2018 with new capture and detector antibodies that allows to increase the sensitivity to human TGF beta 1.\n\n\nPlease note that as a consequence of this change, the procedure and protocol have slightly changed and we encourage you to review the protocol steps before starting your experiments\n\nNotes\nOptimization may be required with urine samples.\n\nPlatform\nMicroplate\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Key features and details
\nSensitivity: 80 pg\/ml
\nRange: 0.0823 ng\/ml – 60 ng\/ml
\nSample type: Cell culture supernatant, Plasma, Serum
\nDetection method: Colorimetric
\nAssay type: Sandwich (quantitative)
\nReacts with: Human<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":17768,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"spay_email":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product\/27288"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/product"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=27288"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/17768"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=27288"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
