Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and TIE1 present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-Human TIE1 antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of TIE1 bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.\n\n\nWe have not been able to detect endogenous Human Tie-1 in normal serum with ab100649, only in serum spiked with Human Tie-1. Plasma is not recommended.\n\nNotes\nSerum has been validated as a sample matrix with this kit. However, TIE1 concentrations are low in normal serum and therefore may not be detected by this assay.\n\nPlasma is not recommended.\n\nOptimization may be required with urine samples.\n\nPlatform\nMicroplate\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Key features and details
\nSensitivity: 0.6 ng\/ml
\nRange: 0.68 ng\/ml – 500 ng\/ml
\nSample type: Cell culture supernatant
\nDetection method: Colorimetric
\nAssay type: Sandwich (quantitative)
\nReacts with: Human<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":17768,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"spay_email":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product\/27289"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/product"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=27289"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/17768"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=27289"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
