Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and IGF2 present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-mouse IGF2 antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of IGF2 bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.\n\nPlease note that ab100696 has only been validated with cell culture supernatant samples and cannot be used with plasma samples. It is also not validated for serum samples.\n\nPlatform\nMicroplate\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Key features and details
\nSensitivity: 1.5 ng\/ml
\nRange: 2.3 ng\/ml – 150 ng\/ml
\nSample type: Cell culture supernatant
\nDetection method: Colorimetric
\nAssay type: Sandwich (quantitative)
\nReacts with: Mouse<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":17768,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"spay_email":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product\/27325"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/product"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=27325"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/17768"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=27325"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
