(Mouse MIP2 concentration is pretty low in normal plasma, it may not be detected in this assay).\n\n\nThis assay employs an antibody specific for mouse MIP2 coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and MIP2 present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-mouse MIP2 antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of MIP2 bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.\n\n\nWe have not been able to detect endogenous Mouse MIP2 in normal serum with ab100727, only in serum spiked with Mouse MIP2.\n\nPlatform\nMicroplate\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Key features and details
\nSensitivity: 8 pg\/ml
\nRange: 4.1 pg\/ml – 1000 pg\/ml
\nSample type: Cell culture supernatant, Plasma
\nDetection method: Colorimetric
\nAssay type: Sandwich (quantitative)
\nReacts with: Mouse<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":17768,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"spay_email":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product\/27352"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/product"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=27352"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/17768"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=27352"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
