Citrate is not recommended) and cell culture supernatants.\n\nThis assay employs an antibody specific for Human Furin coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and Furin present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-Human Furin antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of Furin bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.\n\nNotes\nOptimization may be required with urine samples.\n\nPlatform\nMicroplate\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Key features and details
\nSensitivity: 15 pg\/ml
\nRange: 13.72 pg\/ml – 10000 pg\/ml
\nSample type: Cell culture supernatant, Plasma, Serum
\nDetection method: Colorimetric
\nAssay type: Sandwich (quantitative)
\nReacts with: Human<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":17768,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"spay_email":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product\/27633"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/product"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=27633"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/17768"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=27633"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
