(Human IL-18 R beta concentration is pretty low in normal serum\/plasma, it may not be detected in this assay)\n\n\nThis assay employs an antibody specific for Human IL-18 R beta coated on a 96- well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and IL-18 R beta present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and biotinylated anti-Human IL-18 R beta antibody is added. After washing away unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells. The wells are again washed, a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of IL-18 R beta bound. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm.\n\nNotes\nOptimization may be required with urine samples.\n\nPlatform\nMicroplate\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Key features and details
\nSensitivity: 12 pg\/ml
\nRange: 12.3 pg\/ml – 3000 pg\/ml
\nSample type: Cell culture supernatant, Plasma, Serum
\nDetection method: Colorimetric
\nAssay type: Sandwich (quantitative)
\nReacts with: Human<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":17768,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"spay_email":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product\/27635"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/product"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=27635"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/17768"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bgenz.com\/Bio\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=27635"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
